Pitch to Screen offers a platform for independent filmmakers, including film festivals, educational programs, production services, publications, an online store, membership programs, live discussions, creator resources, and film screenings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

3. Account Registration

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us.

5. Memberships

Membership subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Membership access may include:

  • Live pitch and feedback sessions

  • Guest speaker discussions and podcasts

  • Downloadable templates and educational resources

  • Screening Room access

  • Community discussions and project sharing

We reserve the right to modify membership features, scheduling, or content at any time.

6. Cancellations and Returns

  • Services: You can cancel or reschedule consultations or production services up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours.

  • Merchandise: Returns accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 30 days.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws

  • Respect intellectual property rights

  • Communicate respectfully with other members

  • Not engage in harmful, abusive, or malicious behavior

  • Not reproduce, record, distribute, or share another member’s submitted materials without permission

8. Content Submission

Creators retain ownership of all submitted materials.

By submitting content to Pitch to Screen, including films, pitch decks, reels, scripts, proof-of-concept materials, or other media, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, review, promote, and share the content within our platform, member sessions, screenings, promotional materials, and related programming.

You confirm that you own or control the rights to any submitted materials.

Because Pitch to Screen includes community discussions and collaborative feedback, we cannot guarantee confidentiality for submitted materials. Members should use discretion when sharing unreleased or sensitive projects.

9. Screening Room and Community Participation

The Screening Room and member areas are intended for educational, creative, and networking purposes.

Feedback and discussions shared by members, guests, or moderators represent personal opinions only and should not be considered professional legal, financial, or investment advice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services or membership platform if a user violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pitch to Screen is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services, membership platform, or community interactions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
