Pitch to Screen® offers a platform for independent filmmakers, including film festivals, training programs, production services, publications, an online store, membership programs, and film screenings.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All sales are final, unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions before buying, feel free to contact us. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Services: You can cancel or reschedule consultations or production services up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours.

  • Merchandise: Returns accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 30 days.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Follow all laws.

  • Respect intellectual property rights.

  • Not engage in harmful or malicious activities.

7. Content Submission

By submitting content to us (e.g., films, articles), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote it. You keep ownership and will be credited appropriately.
