We provide a comprehensive platform for independent filmmakers, including but not limited to:

  • Film Festivals: Hosting events to recognize and celebrate independent filmmakers.

  • Training Programs: Offering instructor-led courses and certificate programs to empower filmmakers.

  • Production Services: Providing support in film production, including pitch packages, production planning, and post-production services.

  • Publications: Publishing a magazine and producing a podcast focused on independent film.

  • Online Store: Offering merchandise and film-related products.

  • Membership Programs: Providing members with access to curated content, exclusive benefits, and discounts on services.

  • Film Screenings: Organizing virtual and on-site film screenings accessible to members and non-members.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Memberships

Members gain access to curated content, exclusive benefits, and discounts on our services. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or terminate membership benefits at any time.

6. Purchases and Payments

When making purchases through our online store or enrolling in programs, you agree to provide valid payment information. All sales are final unless a cancellation policy applies or is otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Cancellations and Returns

  • Service Appointments:
    Consultations, mentorship, and production packages may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advancefor a full refund or credit. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Merchandise:
    All merchandise is printed on demand and fulfilled by a third-party provider (Printful) via our Squarespace store. We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other reasons—such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind—we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
    To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringe upon our intellectual property or that of others.

  • Distribute harmful software or engage in malicious activity.

  • Use our Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.

9. Content Submission

By submitting content to us (e.g., films, articles), you grant Pitch to Screen® a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, promote, and distribute your content in connection with our Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. Submission does not guarantee publication or inclusion on our platforms. You retain ownership of your content, and we agree to credit you appropriately when your work is used.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time and without notice if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or harms our users or business.

11. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that our Services will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitch to Screen® LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenues.
